essentials
The most recent CD release is Essentials. It is a compilation of instrumentals from all my cds, none of which are on Best of 1990-2000. The pieces were selected and sequenced by Singapore executive producer Dave Boo. I liked it so much, i decided to release it in all the other markets. In 2004, i put together CHRIS SPHEERIS SOLO LIVE, which is a live recording from my recent concerts and only available on this website or off the stage. Most of it is me singing mostly originals with guitar or piano. I just received my first Emmy award for a soundtrack I created for DUNCAN ENTERTAINMENT called "In a Just World". The documentary is an exploration of the ways abortion and contraception are practiced and prohibited in different cultures. I mention the Emmy because I've never been nominated for a Grammy, so it's my only statue, except for the one in my garden of the Greek goddess, Hebe. It looks like something from MY BIG FAT GREEK WEDDING.
